This original case is made from a soft blue Denim material but has a hard interior to protect your cue. We have found these cases to be very hardwearing and more robust and versatile than the common box attache cases - which can break if dropped.

It can hold any standard 2 piece cue plus extension.

Our Trading Policy 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If not 100% happy with this product, you may return it within 7 days for a full product refund providing the item is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Faulty Goods:

If the product is faulty, we will either replace it or offer a full refund. We may ask you to return the faulty product before it is replaced or refunded – we will reimburse you any P&P costs.

Items lost in the post: 

We have a strict policy for dealing with items claimed to be lost in the post.

If an item does not arrive within 5 working days of being despatched, please contact your local sorting office as they may have it.

The Royal Mail state that an item can not be reported officially lost until 15 working days from the date of despatch.

If you make a genuine claim, you will be fully refunded providing you follow our procedure: 

1) If your goods do not arrive within 5 working days of despatch, you must contact your local sorting office as they may have it. 
2) If they do not, please e-mail us the details at funkjuicer@hotmail.com , you must wait 15 working days before a claim can be processed. This is because some items do get delayed in the post, especially at Xmas, so it may still arrive. 
3) After 15 working days we will process the insurance claim. 
4) The insurance claim can only be processed with your confirmation that goods have not arrived. The Royal Mail will contact you to confirm that the goods have not arrived. It is your responsibility to complete their form and send it back to them.
5) ANY FALSE CLAIMS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE AND WE WILL PROSECUTE. SOME EBAY BUYERS THINK IT IS OK TO MAKE FALSE CLAIMS BUT THIS IS THEFT AND WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED. 
6) When the Royal Mail has received your confirmation and informed us, we will issue you with a full refund. Please note: If you fail to confirm with the Royal Mail that your item has not been delivered, we will not issue a refund.

Return policy

If not 100% satisfied with this product for whatever reason, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt, unused and in it's original packaging for a full refund including P&P charges. THIS IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO UK BUYERS. Buyer must pay the full P&P cost of returning the item, which must be sent by recorded delivery. We will not refund returned items lost in the post that have no proof of posting.

For damaged or faulty goods, either a replacement product or a refund will be given to you. We may require you to return the faulty product first. We refund any P&P costs incurred if you return goods to us that are deemed faulty.
