Goods are despatched within 2 days of the cleared funds. Most goods are shipped by Royal Mail on a 3-5 day service. We always strive to ship goods ASAP.

In the event of a problem please contact us, we believe talking is the best solution. Feedback will be left when the transaction is complete, this means when your goods have been delivered, you are satisfied and you have left feedback. If you have ordered incorrectly you may return your goods within 7 days.

RETURNS POLICY:
Unused items only within 7 days if they are faulty for a replacement or refund. Customers are liable for all return postal charges. All goods to be returned in exactly the same condition as received. DO NOT remove any tags or labels or remove from packaging. Doing so you accept the goods in full. Return in original packaging and box. Customers are responsible for the tracking of any returned or lost returned parcel. Refunds will not be given to 'lost in the post' returned items. Insurance is the customers responsibility.
Exceptions to returns are helmets unless proven faulty. These are safety items and not allowed for re-sale.
