Mini sinamay top hat. Approximate size 4" - 5". Finished with 1cm sinamay binding, also includes inner crown pad of 1cm grosgrain ribbon. Ideal for trimming, millinery or dolls. IDEAL IN THE MAKING OF FASCINATORS, HATS AND OTHER CRAFT USE. COMBINED POSTAGE-We offer combined postage across all items in our shop. We take the highest postage cost for 1 item, plus 2nd item postage cost for all subsequent items purchased. To our maximum postage charge of £12.00.
