COMBINING PURCHASES
  We are more than happy to combine purchases for you on any of our items to try and keep the postage cost down wherever possible please just ask me to combine your items at the end of the auctions and we will let you know the best options and prices.

POSTAGE / SHIPPING
   We post items 6 days a week and most items are processed and dispatched the same day. We do obtain a proof of posting for all items sent and in the unlikely event of an item being lost we shall make a claim and send a replacement or issue a refund less postage costs. You are more than welcome to pick your order up if you are local although you will need to contact me first to arrange an appointment.

PAYMENT
We accept PAYPAL, Credit Cards, Postal orders, Cash for in person transactions and Cheques however cheques will need to clear first (approx 5 days). All other payment methods will gain immediate shipment upon receipt. Payment must be received within seven working days of an auction ending. Failure will result in a "Non Paying Bidder” strike being filed with eBay and the item will automatically be re-listed. ALL BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK MUST PAY BY PAYPAL ONLY.

RETURNS
  Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of original delivery date and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of a full refund or a replacement less return postage costs which is at our discretion
