Terms & Conditions Terms and Conditions 1. General 1.1 These are important
document of our SL Supplies eBay Store. It outlines your and our rights. By
using this site/eBay store to purchase goods/service you (the customer) are
agreeing to these T&C. All names SL
Car Supplies, SL Supplies Group, Hammer Direct, eBay and PayPal owner (see eBay
registration details) will be referred to in this document as SL Supplies. Unless
we have given a personal written alternative agreement from this one, then all
items purchased through SL Supplies are subject to these terms and conditions. We
reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and our relationship at
any time, without any notice. Any changes of the T&C will take effect when
posted on this website or emailed to you before shipping out your order in
order to ask you to agree to the new T&C one before we send out your item.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. 1.2 Please you are

communication must be made in English. 1.4 All customers using
our eBay site must be over the age of 18 in order to purchase any items from SL
Supplies. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, age, national origin,
religion, political parties, gender, or sexual orientation. 2. Security & User information 2.1Customer details
will be held by SL Supplies, eBay and PayPal for security purposes and logged an
evidence of purchase. 2.2 Any persons under
the 18 years of age should not use this site without the consent of their
parent or legal guardian. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians
to monitor the Internet use by their children and not to provide any log in
details for them to use make and pay for an order. If a person using this site
who has made and paid for the order we shall deemed the user to be a
representation that the user is 18 years of age or older. 2.3 We strongly
encourage all users to not provide or write down their log in details to their
friends, family or 3rd party to use their account. In doing so if

authorisation to do so and that the contract will be made between SL Supplies

contract between us (SL Supplies) and you (the customer) will be completed once
you have made your order and we have dispatched it. If you receive an email,
confirmation acknowledgement of receipt of order or payment this not does
constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. 3.2 Ebay listing will
show the method of payment accepted by us for that product. We will accept
payment via PayPal, cheque and postal order through our eBay site if you are in
the UK. Payment must clear into our bank account before we proceed to dispatch
your purchase. For international orders we only accept PayPal as a method of
payment. If you require any additional method please contact us first. 3.3 International customers
outside the UK who cannot see a shipping price must email us to obtain cost proceeding
with the order. 3.4 Your goods will
normally be shipped within 5 working days of receipt of payment, excluding bank
holiday. If you need your item quicker please ask for it before making your
purchase. We reserve all rights. All orders placed on SL Supplies are subject
to stock availability and to the validation checks. Also please refer to this
document below with regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist until
payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed
to be our acceptance of your order and we have effectively communicated to you. 3.5 All items will be
shipped to the address on their eBay account at the time of purchase. We will
not ship the item to a different address. If you wish for your item to be
shipped to an address other than the one on your eBay site please amend the
shipping details on the eBay site before making your purchase. For further

date advice. 3.6 All address on
Paypal will be checked to see if the status of the account is confirmed. If your
status is unconfirmed, to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers
transactions we will ask you to complete your confirmation with Paypal before
proceeding with the order. SL Supplies will not be liable for any delays to
your order this may cause. This information may be retained by PayPal, eBay and
SL Supplies for future validation enquiries by other companies. For more

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will
not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. This affects both UK and overseas
purchases. 3.7 For security
purposes, we will not refund money via a different method to the route you made
the payment. However, cheques will be made payable to recipient details on the
customer’s eBay account if they have made payment via Royal Mail Postal Order. 4. Product and
Service Information 4.1 The material included
in our listing page and eBay store eg. Text, design, graphics, photos and other
information which are all copyrighted © by SL Supplies. Anyone seen using our
details will be reported to eBay without warning and blocked from using our
store. 4.2 Most products and
services offered on the SL Supplies eBay Store are available in selected
advertising means, however, prices and availability may vary. Prices,
products and promotions shown on the eBay store will only be accepted on SL Car
Supplies Store, unless otherwise stated.

notice. 4.3 We take care in the
preparation of the content of our eBay listings, although we cannot guarantee

person/business for any claims, loss, damage, which may arise from the use of

any responsibility liability. 4.5 In a rare event
where there is an error of price/description, we reserve all rights to notify
you as soon as possible with the option to proceed with the order at the
correct price/description or cancel the order. In this situation, where you
wish to cancel your payment will be sent back to you via the method you payment
was made. 4.6 You are expected as
a customer to make reasonable expectations of the product’s attributes, and use
common sense and therefore not take descriptions literally. E.g. A diamond
covered steering wheel cover priced at £20.00. Taking the price of the product,
common sense will prevail that this item does not contain real diamonds. We do
not guarantee or predict the life expectancy of our products nor durability as
care, method of installation and usage is a major determining factor. Therefore,

encourage our customer to read the listing description carefully fully and determine
if it is suitable for your vehicle. If unsure please ask for more information

accessories fitter for compatibility before purchase. This is because there are
array of car models in the market with a growing number of second hand cars
sold with modification to what was sold originally by the manufactures. 4.8 Due to the
curvature of some products, all products with dimensions should be taken as
good approximate as they are taken without the use of laser measuring devises.
If you are unsure please email us regarding that particular product before
purchasing. 4.9 If you request us
to manufacture goods in accordance with any design or specification provided or
made by you, you will compensate us in full on demand for all claims, expenses
and liabilities of any nature in connection with them, including any claim,
whether actual or alleged, that the design or specification infringes the
rights of any third party. 5. Passing of Risk & Shipping Insurance 5.1 SL Supplies
acknowledge customer needs for low cost and those who believe some goods do not
warrant insurance against lost or damage during shipping transit if they have
to pay for it. For example, some customers believe that a car decal costing
£1.20 in some customer does not believe the order warrant an extra £1 to cover
lost/damage during transit. Therefore, if the listing does not already include
insurance in the S&H fees and you choose not to include insurance or opt
for recorded delivery/ courier service you will have to take full
responsibility if this item gets lost or damaged during transit. Thus passing
of risk is passed on the customer once SL Supplies hands the parcel to third
part/shipped company. SL Supplies will provide Certificate of Posting from the
Post Office and that you acknowledge this as sufficient and sole proof of
shipping. 5.2 In an event where
the customer collects or instructs their own courier to pick up the goods, thus
the buyer is taking over the responsibility of liability once we have handed
over. SL supplies will not bear any responsibility for lost/damages/risk to the
goods once it has left their collection premises. 6. Shipping 6.01 Your order will
normally be shipped within 1-2 working days (or the time frame which is
specified on the listing) from the date the payment has been received. An email
notifying you of the date of dispatched will be sent to advise you when you
should be expecting your parcel to arrive. 6.02 International deliveries by Royal
Mail who deliver to your national state delivery service for quick onward
shipping. Please contact us if you require a special service. Postage prices
& discounts the more you buy - please see listing or contact us. Quality
packaging using new material or to reduce your postage on larger items, and in
the interests of the environment, we will try to recycle from our suppliers. 6.03 All items will be
shipped from the UK unless otherwise stated. This means that prices will
include UK VAT and Duties. Please check your countries customs import
procedure, duties and VAT rates if the item is not shipped to or from the UK or
EU trade free nations. 6.04 Please check the
Paypal account is confirmed to help us process your order quickly and smoothly.
6.05 We encourage all
customers to check the sales invoice for the right item, quality and shipping
method; and if you wish to include insurance that you have opted for it. If you
wish to change your order or include insurance or change the method of shipping
please contact us immediately before the item is shipped out. Once the item has
been shipped we will not able to make alterations. 6.06 We are aware all
customers might be buying our products for different intentions. Whatever your
intension of use please ensure you pick the right shipping service and make
sure you go to the shipping companies website to read their Terms and
Conditions. For example, if you need a parcel to sell to someone else who needs
it in two days please go not opt for Royal Mail standard service and opt for
date definite service or one with tracking facilities instead. Although no shipping company can guarantee
their service will not fail, there are a selections of services which will
provide you with more of a piece cost for example, tracking number, dedicated
courier or time deliveries. If you cannot see the service you need please email
us before proceeding with the order. 6.07 We strongly urge
all customers to inspect the product as soon as it arrives and notify us
immediately if you feel the item does not match the description/expectation. You
must reject delivery/dispatch the unused item back to us within the return
policy period in order to initiate the procedure to refund due to return. If
you do not ship the item within this time we will consider the item to be of
accurate description and meet expectations and you wish to keep your purchase. (See section 8 for details) 6.08 We work very hard
to ensure the item works without fault before it is dispatched to you. If you
find there is a fault when you examine the product and it is within return
period and unused please inform us immediately. We will inform you on the
listing page or before you receive the item if your item has a different
cooling off period from the recommended 7 days. In the case faulty items, we
will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we will ask you to return it
to the manufacturer for examination instead of to us. If we ask you to send the
item to the manufacturer, it simply because we are not the manufacturer or
designers, thus we do not have sufficient knowledge or process the appropriate
equipment to provide a full examination to cause of the product failure. Eg a
chrome decal has no electrical or computer chips and therefore we will be able
to inspect on site. 6.09 Items which
contains fragile material (i.e. item which contains glass such as lights) or
any other item which we state on an email before you receive the goods, only
have one day window to inspect and notify us in writing via email, unless
otherwise stated. In this situation please provide full details of all the
damages/faults with the item in order for your claim to be eligible as faulty. Once we have the examination results we will
aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money
within 14 days, providing your Returns Authorisation is included with the items
returned. 6.10 We will notify you
of the shipping company as soon as the item is sent or before. We encourage you
read the couriers T&C in preparation to receive the goods from the driver. If
the item is sent via courier or recorded delivery, we encourage you to check
the goods for damage and that the item contains everything before signing the
delivery driver delivery note. SL Supplies uses external companies to transport
your goods and therefore have no decision making or power with regards to
advising, acting or changing any of the shipping companies T&C. Most
courier delivery document is a legal contract stating you have received all the
content you were expecting in the package and that the product was received in
good condition. If you sign this item without inspecting the goods then SL
Supplies will not be held responsible for any loss or damages. 6.11 Where goods have
been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged
if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days
of receipt. Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once
the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been
tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. 6.12 If we have
attempted to deliver your goods via Royal Mail or Courier and the goods are
returned to us (because you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits
imposed by the Post Office/Courier), we will make a charge to re-cover our
costs in sending these goods out to you. 6.13 Whilst every
effort will be made to inform you of attempted delivery, we regret that we
cannot be held responsible if the Post Office/Courier has failed to notify you
of an attempted delivery. We will inform you of the method of shipment and
estimate time of arrival. If you have not received an attempted to deliver note
through the post and it is passed the delivery date, please contact the
shipping company or go to their collection office to find out if they have your
parcel. If it has gone via Royal Mail and the delivery office does not have
your parcel please attempt to try again in a few days and notify us of this
matter. If it has gone via courier and it is on the due date please notify us
immediately, as Courier Company will only hold your parcel for 1 day. Failure
to do so will result in you not paying for redelivery of the parcel. 6.14 Although SL
Supplies have procedures in place to ensure your parcel gets dispatched quickly
and safely, we are also a realistic company and understand that on rare
occasions unfortunately incidence happens which are outside our control. Eg. Situations
where your parcel is missing or damaged during transit, customs held back your
parcel, or an accident has happened to vehicle which contains your parcel…
please bear in mind that shipping is handed to another company and it is their
operation and procedure which are outside SL Supplies control. We will notify
you of any delays and but we will not be able to provide you with definite date
of result of outcome and as it is outside our control we will not be able to push
them to work faster or change their policy. We encourage you to be patience and
follow the shipping company’s procedure. We will work quickly to ensure your
case meets their claims procedure and we may need you to help us fill out some
of the information to help this process. 7. Cancellations
& Refund Procedure 7.1 You may cancel in
writing before the item is sent out. Please advise us of the reason why and we
will request eBay to close the transaction. As long as your item has not been
sent out we will issue you a full refund including S&H fees. 7.2 Returns accepted if
you are not completely satisfied. We stand behind every product we sell. If you
are not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or
refund. You may cancel a contract anytime within 7 days including weekend and
holiday; beginning on the day you receive the goods. If the item has been sent
to you via uninsured post i.e Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel Post the
date of receipt of the post will be 3 days after the item was sent or 2 days
via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. 7.3 Once your written
request has been made and we have informed you we will accept your request, you
must return the Goods to us immediately within 3 working days, in the same
condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. All goods
must be in its unused and in original condition, including the box, UPC bar
code, packaging, and all accessories. In this case, all you will receive a full
refund on the price you paid for goods less S&H, eBay and PayPal charges. Please
allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed from the date of
return received. Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for
returns. This right of cancellation does not apply to any goods which has been
personalised or made to your specification. 7.4 We strongly urge
customers to use insured post, as responsibility of loss or damage during
transit is the responsibility of the customer. If there are any damages or
defaults (including scratches/ dents/ marks) on the item please inform us
before sending the item back. If your item is sent via recoded delivery/
courier, we will only open the item to check if this item has the entire
component before signing the delivery document. If the item shows sign of
visual damage, and we have not been informed of defects by prior to this, we
will assume that this was caused during transit and will refuse delivery
immediately. In this case we will not be held responsible for delay in this
return procedure, return eligibility might be invalid and we will not be
liability or reimbursement of the shipping cost. If this item has gone through
Royal Mail where the item does not require a signature for delivery we will
notify you immediately as soon as we have inspected the goods. Whether or not
the item has been sent via recorded delivery or not, if after inspection we
discover the item not in original condition/ damaged/incomplete we hold
ultimate right to annul your refund/exchange right and ask you to collect the
item or pay S&H to ship it back to you. We will hold the item for 28 days
from the date of informing you of the examination result. If after this time
you have not arranged for the item to be shipped back to you we will discard
the item without warning or permission. If the time is at original condition we
will issue payment within the 5 working days of notifying you of the
decision. 7.5 You have a legal
obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession.
If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action
against you for compensation. 7.6 You will not
remove, alter, deface, obfuscate or tamper with any of the trade marks, names
or numbers affixed to or marked on the Goods nor allow anyone else to do so. In
doing so it may void your manufactures warranty and will not be eligible for
refund or exchange with SL Supplies. 7.7 Promotional items:
When returning items that were purchased online as part of a ‘Buy One, Get One
Free’ offer, 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' offer, '3 for 2' offer, or a 'Buy ,
Get a Free' offer, all of the items involved in the offer must be returned. 7.8 When returning
goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may charge
for collecting the goods if you have not paid for the delivery to our premise. 7.9 We will endeavour
to process returns within 14 working days of receipt. 7.10 Nothing in this clause
affects your statutory rights. 7.11 You can

to contact respond to you as soon as we can. 8.0 Law And Jurisdiction 8.1 These terms and
conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and
you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all
matters regarding it. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be
unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be
deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the
