Postage & Dispatch
UK - All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post within 48 hours of us receiving cleared payment (please allow 5 working days for a cheque to clear and up to 10 days for an e-cheque.) 

WE DO NOT POST ITEMS ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. 

We take full responsibility for your item until is has been delivered to you, in the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive we will submit a claim with Royal Mail. Please note Royal Mail will not declare a parcel missing until the 15 day after posting, if the item doesn't arrive during that period we will make a claim with Royal Mail and you will receive a refund or replacement item if one is available.
