While used, this Peeler is in As New condition.  The blade is not gouged, chipped, or discoloured and it floats freely, as it should; the edge appears smooth and sharp.  There are no chips, gouges, or scratches in the eyer or the handle.  There is only light surface scratching and scuffing from being stored in the kitchen gadgets drawer.
