All goods purchased will be accepted for a refund providing they are returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning the goods by email.  All goods MUST be returned unused / unopened and in their original retail condition and packaging (Failure to do this, will result in a void claim for a refund) and returned to us using a trackable means of postage.  All postage costs incurred during the return will be your responsibility, only the cost of the goods will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Once the goods are back in our receipt, they will be checked by our Returns Department to ensure their condition which can take up to 7 days to complete.  Once all the above has been met a refund will be issued back to you by the means that you originally purchased.
