I want you be 100% happy with the items you purchase, so for peace of mind, I offer a full refund on all items, with the exception of pierced earrings (which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons). Should you decide that you do not want to keep an item for any reason, please notify me via ebay messages within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must then be returned to me in it's original, un-worn condition within 14 days of you receiving the item. Refunds are made via the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item. Unfortunately, return postage costs cannot be refunded, and I strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage, as I cannot refund for items that have been lost in the post on their return journey.
