Black PVC mini dress/waistcoat

This unusual garment can be worn as a dress or as a sleeveless jacket/waistcoat.  It is made from top quality black pvc and cut in 4 panels at the front and 3 at the back making a great shape.  The dress is fitted at the waist and then flares out at the hem.  It is open at the front and fastens with 3 sets of tiny D-rings and ribbon.

The garment is labelled size 10 and measures 34 bust, 24 waist and length is 30 inches from shoulder to hem.
