Although we are a Canadian owned business, we ship to our American customers from a warehouse in the US.  This allows us more reasonable shipping costs, and we pass this on to our customers.

Insurance

Insurance is higly recommended, but optional.

Seller will not be responsible for damaged or lost items unless buyer pays the insurance.

Shipping

Most often we ship within a day of receipt of payment for an item.

However there are sometimes instances (we are away at a trade show etc.) that prevent us from doing that.

However, we will never take longer than 4 days from reciept of payment to ship your item.
