BRAND NEW (SLIGHT 2ND) UK MANUFACTURED BLACK LATEX RUBBER LONG SKIRT. The item will be supplied in a slightly matt finish due to the manufacturing process. If you prefer a shiny gloss appearance this can be achieved using latex shiner.  

The size of this item, as personally measured by me, is: Waist = 12", hip = 17.5" and length = 18" measured when flat. Please remember that the item will stretch.
