Black & Decker Simple Start, which plugs into the cars cigarette lighter to boost the cars battery.  Charges and starts the car in 10-15 mins.  Works on vehicles up to 2l petrol.  This is what blackanddecker.co.uk says -

Never been used, was bought for me as a gift but my cars are all over 2l.  I believe they retail for around £55.
