About Us

Liverpool Clearance Company is the largest clearance company on Merseyside, mail order and supplying the trade.  We also run a mail order business which is strictly mail order, there are just a few lines that are available for collection which tends to be the bulkier items e.g. large exercise, treadmills etc.  Times for collection are Monday-Friday 8.15-9.00am, and Monday-Thursday 16.30-17.30pm, but you must phone us before to let us know when you are coming.  No one will be allowed into the building except by appointment.

We will try to answer all questions within 24hr (except for weekends).  So if you can’t find what you are looking for then contact us and we will be happy to help!

Payment

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF PURCHASING THE ITEM

Our postal address will be supplied via email to the winning bidder.

Delivery Information

We need a mobile phone number so the courier can contact you, in case of any problems. We aim to despatch all items within 3 working days, should there be any delay you will be notified as soon as possible.

Our delivery company only delivers to mainland UK.

Not all items are available for collection so if you are thinking of collecting please check with us before bidding.

Should you have any problems with delivery/dispatch please speak to us. Things do go missing from time to time and should this happen please phone us and give us a chance to send a replacement before leaving negative feedback.

All items are thoroughly checked by our staff before despatching to couriers. On delivery, the couriers will ask you to sign both for the delivery and that the item(s) have been received in good condition. Unless you are able to open and check each box in the presence of the courier, you should write next to your signature the word "unexamined".  In the unlikely event that there has been any transit damage, you will then reserve your right to claim for damage caused by delivery company.

Refunds & Returns

Should for some reason you be unhappy with your purchase then return it us in its original packaging within 7 days from receipt and we will then arrange a refund for the price paid for the item (less carriage costs). YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HR OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY OF ANY PROBLEM

Packaging

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST MOST OF OUR STOCK COMES IN THE ORIGINAL BOX, SOMETIMES IT MAY NOT, THEREFORE IF YOU NEED IT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING E.G. IT IS A PRESENT FOR SOMEONE, THEN PLEASE CHECK WITH US WHAT THE PACKAGING IS AS WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT ONCE YOU HAVE WON THE BID.  SOME ITEMS MAY COME BUBBLE WRAPPED WITH NO BOX.

LATE ITEMS

If you have not received your item within 7-10 days please contact us first, the only way we know something has not turned up is if you let us know.  Once you let us know we will speak to the carrier and get a replacement out as soon as possible.
