I have found that I should send some packages outside the US registered mail which is an extra $13.00. This would be optional. The US Post Office usually does a great job but I am not able to track an item without registered mail. If your item is not delivered, I have no way to find it so I cannot be responsible once I have delivered to the post office unless you take the option to pay for the registered mail.

 If it does not work, buyer has to pay return shipping and a Full Refund will be issued. (03/08)

I do thoroughly check electronic items before I ship.  I do not want my Buyer to have to go thru the trouble to return. I make a note of the serial number and I mark item with a wet erase ink for return item verification.  Item must be the same serial number shipped and/or must have initials remaining on the item to receive a refund.
