PAYMENTS: For the safety & security of everyone we accept all payments through PayPal Preferred. Please note that if you bid or buy items on eBay, you as the buyer have entered into a Legal & Binding Sales Contract with us. By bidding or purchasing from this store site, you are signifying responsibility to ensure you are able to pay for your purchases within the specified time periods stated in these terms. All Items must be paid for within 7 days of close unless prior arrangements are made. We are flexible, and customer friendly, if you need more time to pay for an item(s) please let us know right away. In the event any items remain unpaid after 7 days with no arrangements made, the listing will be automatically reported to eBay and an Un-paid Dispute will be filed.  If the item remains unpaid after an additional 7 days or if you are unable to complete the transaction, it will be re-listed and you may receive an unpaid strike against your account. If items are paid for within the specified times, the unpaid claim will be closed, the item(s) will be shipped and you will receive positive feedback.

SALES TAX: Massachusetts Sales: 6.25% on invoice total. All others are encouraged to check with their Local Taxing Authority to find out if State Sales Tax is owed to your state.

Insurance: Unless included into the price of listings and where stated so in the listing, no insurance will be required.

SHIPPING: We SHIP OUT FAST! Usually within 24 hours (excluding US Holidays or Sundays) of confirmed payments. Paid Orders placed before 2PM, Mon-Fri Eastern Standard Time usually ships the same day. For your convenience we provide additional Shipping Options depending on how fast you need it.  Please choose the appropriate method at checkout and remove the others from your invoice.

All shipping to these locations will require extra delivery time. Parcel Post or Media Mail is not recommended for these locations due to the distances and remoteness of locations. Delivery Times can take up to 3 additional weeks.

International and Outlying Minor Islands or Territories of the United States where packages are required to pass through a customs checkpoint:

·         1^st Class International (weights under 4lbs)

·         Priority International ( certain restrictions apply)

·         Express International

Please make sure you provide us with your area code and phone number at checkout. It is now required on all US Customs Documents.

Delivery Options and time estimates:

For destinations within the Lower 48 Continental United States: 1st Class Mail (5-7 Business Days) (weight under 13 oz), Parcel Post (6-12 Business Days), Priority Mail (3-6 Business Days), or Express Mail (1-2 Business Days) to most locations!

For ALASKA, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Outlying Minor Islands or Territories of the United States (No Customs required!): 1^st Class (9-16 days), Priority Mail (7-14 days) or Express up to 7 days. We recommend using 1^st Class or Priority Mail to these destinations due to the distances and remoteness of some areas.

For International & Outlying Minor Islands or Territories of the United States (Customs required!): 1^st Class International (weights under 4Lbs) (9-18 days), Priority Mail International (7-14 days) or Express Mail International (7 to 9 days).

Business Delivery Days for the US Postal Service are:

Monday through Friday) “No Mail Processing is done at their Mail Processing facilities on Saturdays, Sundays and US Holidays. Please be advised that you may experience shorter or longer delivery times from the East Coast of the United States depending on where you are. The listed times provided are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. These are rough estimates only.

Please allow extra shipping time for any destination outside the Lower 48 Continental United States due to vast distances, remoteness of areas, Customs Acceptance Delays or severe weather.

We do not ship to: APO, FPO addresses, Afganistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea or any other country on the State Department's Restricted Travel List or where civil or political unrest, government censorship, war, manmade or natural disaster, or Disease Quarantine prohibits the safe and regular delivery of mail . We urge you to check with the Postal Service to make sure your country’s mail service does not have restricted mail service before making a commitment to purchase from us. All PO Box Addresses must be confirmed with PayPal, eBay and include the Street Address of the Postal Facility, example: (123 Main St, PO Box XXXX, City/Town, Province (if International) State/Country, Postal Zip +four)

ALL IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, or related CUSTOMS CHARGES are not included. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please consult with your country's Customs Office to determine what these charges will be prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight and shipping companies or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them with additional Shipping Charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. U.S & International Government Regulations expressly prohibit such activity.

RETURNS: 7 Days Money Back or Exchange. Prior notification required for all returns. Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete and returned within 7 days of delivery date. Insured Shipping Damages or Factory Defects must report it immediately.  Due to shipping restrictions on chemicals, all sales of chemical products are final.

REFUNDS: shall be processed upon receiving the return as Money Back unless prior arrangements are made to exchange the item at no cost to you. Missing parts from a return will delay the refund. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
