TERMS & CONDITIONS

I am not a power seller & have sold all items so far in my spare time. I have done my best – but due to silly feedbacks & complaints, I now have no choice but to add some terms & conditions.

• Please email me with any questions that you have before you buy.

• Please only bid if you intend to buy and I will report non payers, so I can recover my fees.

• No refunds- sorry. I list all items with photos very clearly & advise of any faults. So far I have refunded two people- just because jeans didn’t fit & they didn’t like the item. It has cost me to sell to these people.

• If you do not agree with P+P costs- please do not bid. I have had 14 neutral feedbacks- for taking off a £6 postage discount!  I try to be fair with costs- I have to buy my own packaging most of the time & travel to the Post Office daily to post items.  I send most items 2^nd class- unless there’s little in it.

• I will sometimes reuse packaging but everything is well packed- please see feedback

• I am sorry I cannot be responsible for items lost by Royal Mail. I have recently found out they will not refund any postage costs- I am again at a loss with a buyer. I will send out proof of postage, if you do not receive the item, so you can claim from Royal Mail.

• I would prefer payment within 1-3 days max- as I will have the item packaged before the listing ends & send it out immediately for you.
