This stunning piece of cricket memorabilia is available at a fraction of the original retail price. The piece will look great on the wall of any office, lounge or indeed bedroom! We once donated one of these to a charity auction and it sold for over £1000. They really are that exceptional. The beautiful walnut frame measures in at 55cm x 82cm x 1.5cm. Within this frame are 6 replica pieces of cricket memorabilia which are currently on display at the cricket museum at Lords. The pieces are all mounted in a cream mount to complement the frame. The piece of a limited edition of just 1882 ever made. As the title of the frame suggests it celebrates the historic England v Australia test match held at the Kennington Oval in AUgust 1882. Australia won in just 2 days and this was how The Ashes was born. The frame contains Australian Batting order in the hand of captain W L Murdoch Full Match Scorecard England Batting Order in the hand of captain A N Hornby - showing that W G Grace opened the batting!
