Published in 2004.  This is A5 sized, 36 pages, containing 61 old postcard views of the Selly Oak area (including Bournbrook, Weoley Hill, California) and 9 of the Weoley Castle area of Birmingham.  This book is no. 20 in the Yesterday's Warwickshire Series. The postcards cover the period 1900-50, mainly.  Informative captions accompany the high quality reproduced views. Shows views of the Fire Brigade, Cinema, Trams, Pubs, local Industry, Canal, Reservoir, side streets, Shops, Bristol Road, Birmingham University and Colleges, Hospital, Old Oak Tree, Parks, Railway Station, Cricket Team etc. Also for Weoley Castle there are views of various streets, the Castle, the Square, Post Office, California Pub etc. The book is signed by the author, Andrew Maxam.
