** Items must be returned in original condition along with all tags  
   attached and in original packaging.
** We have no problem changing size, but cost to return is buyers  
   responsibility, along with postage cost to send the replacement.
** If you need different size please contact first to confirm 
   availability - if unavailable then will offer refund minus the 
   postage cost.
** All returns need to be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
** Refunds will issued in the same payment method as item was paid for
** Proof of Delivery is kept for every despatch - no claims accepted 
   45 days of transaction end.
** Majority of Items are sent Recorded Delivery, I will refund on the 
   15th working day after despatch if item is claimed as not 
   received, this is in line with royal mail rules, whereby they only 
   regard item lost in post after the 15th working day.
** Please obtain proof of postage for any returns, as no claim will 
   be honoured where item has not been received back.
