All weeks are RED due to the excellent weather throughout the year and the site overlooks the vibrant town of Los Cristianos. All the sites are open to owners; the amenities available include 5 swimming pools; restaurants;sports clubs; beauty and hair saloons; supermarkets; bars and live family entertainment at Beverly Hills & Hollywood Mirage clubs nightly.

The unit for sale is a two bedroom air conditioned apartment furnished to the highest standard with 2 double bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom,dining room and lounge with a sofa that folds out into a double bed. A good sized balcony with patio furniture overlooking the pool area and coast of Los Cristianos. A Limited maid service is provided daily and a safe is available free of charge to owners.

Apartment G301 is available for week 6 ( 5 - 12 Feb 2010) and sleeps 6. Maintenance fees set by the Owners Committee are paid yearly in advance at the end of Dec and will be in the region of £488 for 2010. There are no fees outstanding. A transfer fee will be charged to the successful purchaser by the resort

The price of this apartment from resales is £4950. I have had great holidays at the resort since 1986, but am selling it because I wish to reduce the amount of timeshare I own.
