We are offering for sale a lovely Bevan Funnell Reprodux Small Writing Desk / Table in good overall condition.
This is a Regency style piece made from beautiful Yew with a rich colour and lovely grain patterns, made to Bevan Funnell's usual high standards.
It is a lovely piece of furniture which would be ideal for any room in the house, the home study or office. It is intended as a writing desk but could also be used as a side table. It has two drawers.
The drawers have swan-neck brass handles and cock beading to the fronts of the drawers. There is lovely detail to the legs and the top has a curved front. The green leather insert is in good condition with gold tooling to the edges and a central gold motif. There are a couple of dings near the centre (Pic 4)
These items are no longer available from Bevan Funnell and it is unusual to find one in such good condition. There are only light signs of use. The table is offered at a very low price as it has had a repair to one of the front legs. This has been done very well and is barely noticable even in close-up (see picture 5) and does not compromise the strength of the table. You are welcome to view.
This is a very beautiful item showing all the unmisakable signs of quality found in Bevan Funnell furniture. It is a piece to cherish and keep.

Please email for accepted methods of payment. We are happy for customers who are collecting to pay on collection so that they can view before they buy. Delivery may be possible within 40mls. Milton Keynes. Collection by your courier on clearance of funds.
