Collection and Delivery
After purchase your item is available for collection from our warehouse in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Please contact us by telephone to arrange prior to collecting.
If you wish your item to be delivered we can instruct a courier on your behalf. Or you can arrange your own courier.
By selecting Shipping when completing checkout you are automatically requesting us to arrange a courier on your behalf. The courier will endeavour to deliver to the UK Mainland within 5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) of receipt and completion of your order; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Please also note any delays stated in the description. Cyber Checkout Limited shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.
Delivery Time: If you have chosen to use our couriers delivery will be Monday to Friday up to 6pm excluding Bank Holiday's. Unfortunately delivery times can not be chosen or specified.
Receiving Your Item - Your INSURANCE! When you receive your item/s from the courier it is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked, and in good condition, BEFORE signing the delivery note. If the couriers attempt to deliver a parcel with damaged packaging, Please REFUSE it and instruct the driver to return it back to us. NOTE: Marking the slip as 'Unchecked' or similar is saying that you have received your item in good condition!! We can only offer you insurance if you comply with these terms. Collecting Your Item
If you wish to collect your item from us then you must go through the Checkout process as normal to enter your details, please then tick the box to state that you wish to collect your item. Please phone us before collecting to confirm order and check your item is ready. All items selected for collection need be paid for and collected within 5 days of purchase.
