DELIVERY TIME: Due to demand, please allow up to 8-10 WORKING days for items to be despatched from our depot. We aim to despatch ALL items swiftly, with care - in many cases, your items will often within this time frame. Please note: Table Tennis tables are usually despatched within 15 days.

Shipping/ Returns

PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE A CONTACT NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER - WE CANNOT DESPATCH ANY ITEM WITHOUT SUCH.

Please allow up to 4-7 working days for most items to be despatched. Table Tennis tables are usually despatched within 7-15 days. We aim to despatch all items as swiftly as possible.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment. Feedback is our priority and we endeavour to fulfil ALL orders as swiftly as possible once full payment has been received.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or PayPal eCheque. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost
