If the goods you receive are faulty or incorrect and are rejected within 7 working days from receipt a full refund or replacement (where available) will be issued. To return an item please contact us directly to arrange collection. WE WILL PAY ALL THE CARRIAGE CHARGES for the delivery and the return of faulty or incorrectly shipped products to our warehouse when collections are made from the UK. For all goods that are delivered correctly to order and without faults, you will be entitled to a full refund less the postage cost for returning the item to us should you decide to not accept the goods on delivery, or return them to us. Refunds will be credited back within 30 days of the cancellation of the order. Please note that our carriers only uplift Monday to Friday. Please do not under any circumstances independently post any returns without arranging this with us first as we CANNOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY POSTAGE EXPENSES INCURRED FOR ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.
Delivery Information: The majority of our larger items such as elliptical cross trainers and rowing machines are delivered using a one man delivery service and are usually dispatched within 1 working day, however some of our larger items are delivered using a two man service as standard to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely and in mint condition. This means that while all efforts will be made to ensure quick delivery it may take up to 2 weeks to for your item to be dispatched. If an item is shipped via a two man delivery service this will be clearly displayed in the item description.
All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and UK mainland delivery destinations. Please note that we only deliver to the UK mainland and do not currently deliver outside of the UK. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed that require non-UK mainland delivery. If you are unsure about delivery please contact us to confirm before placing your order. Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A RE-DELIVERY FEE IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT THERE TO RECEIVE THE GOODS AS ARRANGED. |
