Our returns policy will offer you an exchange or a credit note (valid for 6 months) for unused goods, excluding all bridal and sale goods,  accessory items and custom jewellery items which are non-returnable.
Goods, excluding bridal and sale goods, accessory items and custom jewellery, can only be returned at our discretion within 7 days from the purchase date, if they are in perfect condition and unworn with the original pricing, packaging and original receipt. No exchange or credit note will be made for items not returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition, labels still attached, packaging intact, no smoke smells, perfume smells, fake tan, dirty marks or altered in any way. 
Please also note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as consumer, i.e. if the Goods are faulty or not what you ordered. In this case please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item with all receipts.
