Please pay for items within 3 days (unless otherwise pre-agreed with us), all unpaid items will be re-listed within 7 days and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed, this way we are able to keep are prices to a minimum. All Items Dispatched within 24 Hours of cleared funds Monday to Friday.

The costs include postage, packing and handling not just postage please do not bid if you do not agree with this.

We do combine postage, packing and handling charges to offer discounts for multiple purchases.

The postage, packing and handling for the first item is as per the auction, we take the most expensive postage, packing handling charge as the first item. All additional items are then discounted. We can not send you a total for your multiple items as we never know when you have finished bidding for all your items, therefore you MUST request a total once you have won your items. Please note once a payment is made we can not amend the total.

Terms of Sale
Returns of "Make-up" items are not permitted due to hygiene reasons; if you are unsure about the item you are bidding on or have any queries please use the "Ask Seller a Question" service before placing your bid. However, the 7 day return policy is available for items received not as described in the listing or incorrectly sent.

**Important** If you have a problem with a delivered item you must email us within 7 days of the receipt with your concerns to arrange the item's return. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed. Wherever possible the returned item will be replaced and if that is not possible a full refund will be raised once the item is received and the condition verified.
