RETURNS
1. Goods may only be returned in the event they are faulty or have been mis-described provided:
1.1 the Buyer notifies BSGL by email within 5 business days of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, setting out in detail the reasons for returning the Goods; and
1.2 BSGL in its absolute discretion authorises such return and issues the Buyer with a "Returns Number".
2. The Buyer is not entitled to return the Goods merely because he or she has changed his or her mind.
3. The items in this auction are unique and BSGL will not replace items. A refund of the Bid Amount will be made to the Buyer in the event that:
3.1 BSGL receives from the Buyer the returned Goods at the specified address within 10 days of notification to BSGL in accordance with clause 5.1.1; and
3.2 the Goods are returned to BSGL in exactly the same condition in which they were delivered to the Buyer; and
3.3 the Goods are accompanied by a valid Returns Number; and
3.4 on inspection of the Goods, BSGL is reasonably satisfied that the Goods are in fact faulty or mis-described, and such fault or mis-description was not caused or contributed to by an act or omission of the Buyer.
4. The Buyer is responsible for all return delivery and insurance costs.
