Please email details & problems with item purchased and date of purchase & sales record number before sending using eBay’s email facility.

1. Finished Goods will be accepted if they are unused and in a saleable condition (All packing, boxes etc must be intact and in a condition that you would expect a new item)
2. Components once fitted cannot be exchanged or refunded as fitting them renders them second hand
3. Faulty items will be replaced with the equivalent  
4. Return and exchange postage is to be paid by the customer.
5. Genuine faulty items we will pay the return postage.
