Returns / Cancelled Bids

All bids on eBay are binding, whether you win the auction or not. If for any reason you cannot or will not complete the transaction upon winning the auction, please do not bid.
All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense. We are not a buy and try store - all items must be returned new and factory sealed. Shipping charges are non-refundable on these items. A restocking fee will be assessed for these returns at a rate of 10% of the purchase price.

If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 working days by clicking 'Contact Seller' so we can resolve this.
