Warranty/Returns

D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival)
We offer a 14 day D.O.A. period with all items An RMA number must be requested by email within 14 days with a description of the fault. If a replacement is available this will be shipped on receipt and checking of the faulty item or alternatively a refund will be made The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges when returning any items. Shipping charges are non-refundable A 15% re-stocking fee may be incurred if goods are found to have any signs of abuse, are not returned in their original packaging with all manuals/accessories or are found to be in full working order.

As well as the D.O.A. period stated above the following warranty applies depending on the grading of the product:

Grade 1 - product is new with full manufacturer warranty 
Outside the D.O.A. period you should contact the manufacturer directly for warranty in the first instance

Grade 2 - product is new but may not be covered by manufacturer warranty. 
We offer 45 day (inclusive of 14 day D.O.A. period) warranty on Grade 2 items. If a warranty claim is required outside 14 days please follow the same procedure as described in section D.O.A. above

Grade 3 - product is used and may not be covered by manufacturer warranty 
There is no further warranty outside the 14 day D.O.A. period.

Products will only be shipped on receipt of cleared funds.

For UK customers the following methods of payment are accepted:

BACS or CHAPS bank payments 
PayPal - we will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses 
Postal Order 
Cheque

VAT
All our prices include UK VAT @ the current rate. Goods supplied outside the European Union (EU) or for dispatch to VAT registered customers in other EU countries are eligible to be zero-rated for VAT.

Shipping

We endeavor to ship all items within 1 day of receiving cleared payment.

All shipping prices quoted are for mainland UK only. For all other destinations please contact us for shipping costs

If payment is made via PayPal we will only ship to your PayPal registered/confirmed address.

Also please ensure the shipment method you choose provides adequate cover for the value of the item you are purchasing. When you choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery or Other Courier option we will always ensure your goods are insured to cover the amount you have paid for the item. If you choose to have your items sent 1st or 2nd class post (including recorded) you can only recover upto £34. We always obtain proof of postage when sending out all packages. If you choose to have you package sent by 1st or 2nd class post we cannot accept any responsibility for lost packages.

Please note 1st or 2nd class post even when sent recorded is not a time guaranteed service. Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 working days have passed from the expected delivery date. If you require an urgent delivery to guarantee this you will need to choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery or Other Courier option.

For European and International orders the transit time will depend on your location but as a guideline will be between 2 to 5 days. Once your item has shipped we will email you with the courier details and consignment note.

Shipping charges are non negotiable Our costs include delivery, packaging, and handling charges. Please do not bid on any item if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of shipping. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Non UK Bidders

For non UK Bidders we will only accept payment via PayPal if you have a feeback rating of at least 99.5% and have feedback for at least 5 purchases on eBay in the last 30 days. If you do not meet this criteria then payment would be via bank transfer and all bank charges must be paid for by the purchaser. We accept payment in UK Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. For all non UK Bidders please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
