Payments

We accept PayPal.

Sales tax will be charged to all items shipped to the state of Minnesota.

We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We require a payment within 7 days from the date the auction ends.

Incorrect shipping addresses will result in a delay to your order processing and/or incur delivery intercept charges/reshipping charges.

Shipping

The shipping calculator is based on UPS rates.  These rates are comparable to FedEx and used to determine an actual shipping cost. 

We use FedEx for all shipments, and delivery confirmation is required. We ONLY ship using Federal Express. We will not ship USPS, as their tracking is unreliable at best.  If you wish faster shipping service than ground please contact us.

Shipping Insurance is optional and price is based on value of product to be payed for by the buyer. Contact us for further information.
If you choose to not purchase insurance, we are not responsible for items lost by the shipping company or stolen.

If the item is returned to us, shipping will not be refunded.

International Shipments:

We will ship internationally (outside US), however all applicable taxes, as well as fees, and duty charges are the buyer's responsibility. Quoted shipping rates are for the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. International shipping will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.  All International shipments are sent using FedEx.  No USPS service.

Returns

We offer a 24 hour DOA warranty for all items.  Returns must be authorized by the seller – DO NOT SEND BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
You are responsible for return shipping and the total bid amount (excluding shipping and handling) will be credited back upon return.  

You must choose a trackable shipper (FedEx, UPS, ect.), please do not use USPS, as their tracking is unreliable at best.  Tracking information is needed to get refund, as we cannot be responsible for a lost return package.
