Postage and Packaging

Items will be dispatched Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouse. All orders received before 4pm will usually be despatched same day. As standard we despatch all orders using Royal Mail and City Link depending on the item. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working day via Royal Mail depending where in the UK you are based, items sent further afield can take anything upto 7 working days.

We accept Paypal only, it is fast, easy and safe.
Product will be shipped only if full payment, including full shipping charge, has been received.
If you are bidding on multiple items we will apply the multiple item shipping discount. Please email us before you make the payment.
Buyer must send payment within 3 days of auction closing.
All prices include VAT

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories.
NO REFUND accepted after 30 days of receipt.
For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
