Loss or Damage in Transit

Goods are normally sent by Royal Mail and there is an option to use some form of recorded delivery.  For some people this is inconvenient and they prefer ordinary post.  If an item is damaged or lost, after waiting the 15 working day period required by the post office I will  make a claim with the post office and refund your money. For items sent by ordinary post, the buyer may need to make the claim.  I will have obtained a certificate of posting and will be happy to assist in this.
