In order to maintain high levels of service quality, we do not allow collection of orders whatever the circumstances so please don't ask.

Please note that items shipped by Courier will require a signature upon receipt and some small but expensive items may be sent recorded delivery with Royal Mail and will also require a signature.

We can only ship items to addresses with a UK postcode.
Larger items are delivered by courier (see the individual listing) and the price is based on delivering only within the following areas: throughout England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland, up to and including postcodes (AB10-25, 30, 32, and 39-43, PH1-18 and PA1-19)
For deliveries not to mainland UK (e.g. Channel Isles, Scottish Isles, Some areas of Northern Scotland, Isle of Mann, and Northern Ireland) it may only be possible to ship by Royal Mail, therefore delivery times may be longer and may incur extra costs (see notes below).
