We have never had a parcel not delivered so it is rare but if you do not receive the item then the following procedures apply:-

Special/Recorded Delivery - As soon as the courier has confirmed the item lost we will send out a replacement subject to stock levels or a refund of the purchase price if the item is no longer available.

Uninsured - We will provide you with a copy of the posting receipt to provide evidence that the item was shipped & help you in any way we can.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss to uninsured goods during transit or delays caused by the courier which are beyond our control. We will try to help as much as we can by following normal procedures. P&P is not refundable in all cases.

RETURNS

Although highly unlikely but genuine faulty items may be returned within 7 days by e-mailing us first for instructions. If you wish to return an item(s) for exchange or refund then you must do this within 7 days by e-mailing us for instructions. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition, sealed & unopened with all original documentation. We suggest you use insured/trackable shipping otherwise post uninsured at your own risk. Opened or damaged item(s) do not qualify. Replacement/refund (minus P&P & fees) will follow promptly after checking item(s) & serial numbers in our database if applicable. On exchanges/refunds the buyer will be liable for the shipping fees & differences in price (if any).
