This card was removed from an expensively kitted-out PowerMac G4 machine, having been used for a high-end mission critical FW800-connected RAID array for video post production.

Its a safe assumption that this card would therefore be qualified for such use by the video system supplier/manufacturer. Almost certainly it would have been
the "for Apple" package (although it will work in PC's also).

No software is reqd for MacOS X - it auto-configures.

I handle/pack things carefully and post quickly.
Will come in anti-static bag, padding, and rigid box.
