About Us

Infinity Direct was formed in November 2006.  We bring you the very latest mobile phone accessories such as bluetooth headsets, car chargers, mains chargers, prepaid SIMs and car navigation systems such as TomTom at competitive prices.  We also sell electrical items such as Wii accessories and Digital Cameras. Please add us to your list of favourite sellers and come again as we are changing our products regularly.

We accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment. If you would like to collect your purchase from our office we will accept cash on collection.

Shipping

Items will be dispatched Monday to Friday from our UK based warehouse. All orders received before 4pm will usually be despatched same day. As standard we despatch all orders using UPS or Royal Mail depending on the item.  Delivery usually takes 1 working day via UPS depending where in the UK you are based, items sent further afield can take anything upto 7 working days.

All of the products we sell are brand new and boxed. We may occassionally open boxes to verify contents and to ensure products are in working order before shipping them to you. All of the prices quoted include VAT at 15%

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase you may return it to us for a refund. All returns must be received within 14 days from the day after you take delivery of the item(s). Before returning an item to us please contact us using the 'Ask seller a question' link or 'Contact Seller' button on any of our listings or call our customer service team on 0116 222 5336 to advise us you are returning the item and the reason for the return. The address to send your return to is stated below.
You must return all items in their original packaging with full box contents (i.e. battery, charger, user manual) and in a resellable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, we recommend using a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit to us. Please include a note with your eBay buyer ID for a speedy refund.
Once your item has been received back in our warehouse our team will arrange your refund, you will be entitled to a full refund less our Postage & Packaging costs, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. You will be refunded via the method you used to pay for the item.
