Pure Bathrooms is a bespoke bathroom company that has been designing and installing bathrooms for 4 years

Here at Pure Bathrooms, we offer a full installation service within a 80 mile radius of our showroom, please feel free to contact us to discuss installation costs.

We have a showroom located at Riverside Garage, West Stour, Dorset SP8 5RJ. We are approx 5 miles west of Shaftesbury on the A30 towards Yeovil.

Payment

We accept personal cheques, postal orders, paypal, or you can call us on 01747 839977 for all major credit cards if you do not use paypal. All payments must be received by us within 7 days or negative feedback will be left!

Postage

Postage is either by Parcel Force for smaller items and by courier for larger heavier items. We will inform you if your item is too large/heavy for parcel force. Or you can collect from our Showroom.

Please make sure that you supply us with a phone number so that the courier can arrange delivery.

Delivery Policy

All goods are in stock and will normally be dispatched within 7-14 days of receipt of cleared funds. In the event of an item being out of stock we will offer a full immediate refund or an expected date of delivery.

On delivery - Please carefully inspect all items before signing the drivers delivery note as this may affect your statutory rights should you later discover damage or faults to the item.

Our Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged of defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Items returned within the 7 day cooling off period

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date it is delivered.

Where you are withdrawing your purchase within the 7 day cooling off period and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item less a 30% deduction for re-stocking the item. The refund then will only be given once it has been returned in its original packing and has been inspected for damage.

Please note you are responsible for the costs of returning an item, unless we delivered the item in error or if the item is damaged or defective.
