Kettlebells are now widely available, more and more gyms are starting to have them and they can be bought online from numerous shops.

However good a piece of equipment it is, the kettlebell is only as effective as its user.  To really benefit from the kettlebell you need to be taught and shown good technique. The best way to do this is through a qualified instructor, whether it be one to one or as a group in a kettlebell workshop.


The Level 1 has been designed as an introduction to kettlebells, whether you have weight training experience or not. Here you will learn the core kettlebell exercises and how to perform them in a safe and effective manner.

 

So if you are looking for fat loss, strength and fitness training then you’ll want to sign up to the Joe Allen Level 1 Kettlebell Workshop.

Workshops are a great way for individuals to spend an intensive half day being introduced to kettlebells and are suitable for beginners and advanced individuals.

Throughout the course you will learn all the foundation exercises, technique, joint mobility, dynamic warm up and stretches.

Over the 4 hours each exercise is broken down, highlighting any safety factors and ensuring that everyone has got the correct technique.


The foundation exercises are:

  • The Swing
  • The Clean
  • The Clean & Press
  • The Snatch
  • The Windmill
  • The Turkish get up


These plus the 12 others you learn will ensure you leave the workshop with the knowledge and tools to train your whole body for a cardio and muscular workout.


The workshops are suitable for anyone over 16 male and female.


All the exercises on the Joe Allen Level 1 Workshop will be performed with a single kettlebell, for double kettlebell exercises and other advanced lifts, contact me directly.


Included with the course fee are:

  • A training booklet covering the whole course in detail, including photo’s of all the exercises.
  • 3 training programs
  • 4 hours of quality tuition, with no more than 6 students per instructor

Workshops will be run from 9am to 1pm in a private gym in either Milton Keynes or Newport Pagnell. Details will be sent upon confirmation booking.
