If you feel an item has been incorrectly described then we will be happy to refund the purchase price and initial postage costs. Please return the item in the condition it was received and by the same postage method. If you change your mind about an item once it has arrived and wish to return it please contact me within fourteen days of receipt - postage costs will not be refunded. If an item is lost or damaged in the post please contact us and we will file a claim with Royal Mail. |
