Unwanted Goods:
If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify us prior to return. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure goods are returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not used we are only able to partially refund the value. Upon receipt of the item in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund. Please note that delivery charges for goods are non-refundable.
Carriage Damage:
Should your goods arrive with you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign for the delivery using the courier's "items unchecked" option. If you accept the delivery without latter we are unable to claim for the damage and therefore will not be able to refund your money.
Missing Parts:
If upon assembling your goods there are missing or broken parts, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may organise suitable replacements. |
