Bedford K type 30cwt vintage show truck

A really lovely old truck in outstanding condition.

1951 Bedford 30cwt. dropside K type truck that was originally exported to New Zealand, brought back in 2005 and restored to its present condition, this now rare single rear wheel model has a history file showing all five owners and mileages, it has covered just 8,000 miles in the last fourteen years. Recently mot'd and taxed it has been shown at a recent vintage show and proved to be very popular. The six cylinder engine fires instantly and settles to an even tickover with no smoke at all, the four speed gearbox, axles, steering, lights and brakes are just as they should be. The pick-up body is in good condition with a nice hardwood floor.

A couple of points need attention: the drivers door window glass has a crack but still works, there was a beacon on the roof which has been broken and the speedo doesn't work at present.
