This 185-page large-sized paperback is gently used, although the cover shows some shelf wear and some minimal spotting.  It is called, "Beauty is Skin Deep: A Doctor's Guide to Healthy, Younger-Looking Skin," by Howard Donsky, MD.  It was published in 1985 by Rodale Publishers. 

 

You can improve your appearance at any age by taking proper care of your skin.  This is a comprehensive self-help book written by a practicing dermatologist, to offer advice on your skin, hair and nails.  He discusses cosmetics and other personal care products, proper skin care for your skin type, prevention and treatment of aging skin, protecting your skin from the sun, info on allergies, rashes and infections, lumps, bumps, moles and birthmarks, and cosmetic surgery options.  He also offers alternatives to costly commercial remedies, gives beauty and skin care tips, and much much more!  Look and feel your best ever!!
