A beautiful art deco silver & marcasite bow brooch with a hand painted picture of a lady in crinoline dress wearing a large hat with purple feather plume, set under glass by the maker Thomas L Mott. There are no marcasites missing,in very nice condition.

It is marked to the back - Made in England  Sterling & with the makers marl TLM in artists palette for Thomas L Mott.
