Delivery Times:

We ship weekly, on Fridays, for orders placed before 8pm on Thursday evening (London Time).

First Class has a quoted delivery time of 1-2 working days (we ship on fridays as 99% of the time your order will be delivered the next day, Saturday, when you are more likely to be home to receive it), so you can expect your order in 6-7 working days, please contact us if you have not received your order after 15 working days from the date of purchase.

Air Mail has a quoted delivery time of 3-5 working days, so you can expect your order in 8 to 10 working days, please contact us if you have not received your order after 15 working days from the date of purchase. (customs delays can add a few days or a week or more in some cases, the dogs in Australian customs have a liking for our hemp rope for example).
