Return policy
Girls Of Elegance Limited are committed to your complete satisfaction, so if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided the following steps are taken:-
EXCHANGES
Girls Of Elegance Limited will not charge an additional delivery charge for exchanged items. (except for Ireland delivery addresses without a Postcode or other destinations outside the UK, this amount will be deducted from your original payment method)
1) Please send written notice or fill in our returns form and return to us no later than 14 (fourteen) working days following the day that the goods were received. By post to the address at the bottom of the page or by email: returns@girlsofelegance.co.uk Please note: this e-mail address is for notifications only and we do not reply to these e-mails.
2) Please return the items for exchange with the returns slip provided. Failure to complete the returns forum fully may result in delay in your exchanged goods being shipped.
3) Please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 14 working days from when the goods were received. Any items that are returned with markings that result in the garment becoming un-sellable will not be credited and will be returned to you.
4) We advise you return the items by Royal Mail Recorded delivery which insures you for £30.00 in the event of items being missing or lost.
For items valued over £30.00 in value, please return them Special Delivery for Insurance Purposes, or use any other courier which ensures a signature is obtained from our offices.
Note: We will not be held responsible for missing items returned to us. Should your item go missing with Royal Mail, the customer will be responsible for contacting Royal Mail and issuing a claim.
EXCHANGE OF BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES
Exchanges for bridesmaids dresses will be extended to 28 days to enable you to arrange for the bridesmaids to get together for fitting purposes, we will then exchange any necessary sizes as per your instructions.
For Returns of Bridesmaids Dresses for refund, the item must be returned within the 14 working days deadline. (refer to returns policy below)
REFUNDS

NO refunds will be given unless we receive the goods safely, with the necessary documentation and within our deadline under any circumstances.
5) Please allow 10 working days from the date we receive your goods back for your refund to be completed and then a further 3 working days for this to appear on your account.
*Your refund may be slightly delayed due to Bank/Public Holidays or Company Shutdown Periods such as Christmas*
Where you do cancel your order, you are under a duty (until the goods are returned to us) to retain possession of them and take reasonable care of them.
6) When you return your order the goods must be returned to us at your cost, however we will not charge an additional delivery cost for exchanges of our items, this can be for any other products/sizes.
We do not charge a restocking fee however for all orders returned for refund outside of the UK, the delivery charge originally paid by Girls Of Elegance will be retained and not reimbursed. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO UK |
