7 Days of receipt

We hope that you will be very happy with the items you buy, and we do our best to describe our products fully to avoid disappointment. If, however, the goods you receive from us do not meet your expectations, they can be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please contact us before you send back items, so we are expecting them. Package them up carefully, to avoid damage on the return journey, and include the item number, name and address (or send the original packing slip) so we can process it as quickly as possible. Please also indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement. We strongly advise you to obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the mail.

Please note that we will only refund postage costs if there is a fault with the item. In the case of unwanted items, we reserve the right to deduct postage and packaging from any subsequent refund.
