Battle of Britan books, including making the 1969 movie

Details of items:

*  This is two books published to tie-in with the 1969 film “Battle of Britain”, as detailed below:

-  “Battle of Britain” by Leonard Mosley, published by Pan Books in 1969.  It gives a detailed description of the making of the film, with a few pictures.

-  “The definitive story of the Battle of Britain, The Narrow Margin” by Derek Wood with Derek Dempster.  This version was published in 1970, and this is the book on which the screenplay of the film was based.  It has a wealth of information about the battle and includes many pictures, illustrations and maps.  As this copy was released after the film it shows colour images from the movie on the front and back covers.

Both are in used condition, the smaller book has yellowed pages and someone’s name on the rear cover (not on the picture thankfully), the larger book has cleaner pages.  Both have grubby marks, creasing to the covers, worn corners however all pages are complete.

*  They will be protectively and securely packaged.

Returns:

*  If they are damaged (more than as described) or I’ve missed any other problems with them, then my apologies and I’ll happily accept them back and refund you accordingly.

I am clearing out some old stuff (and have found more that was stored away), and I would like these to go to a good home, to make space for my own collection of (model) airliners!
