• Buyers will receive the transaction notification from eBay within 24 hours. We reserve the rights to cancel the order if the buyer does not pay us or contact us for payment within 7 business days after conclude the transaction. Also, a negative feedback will be posted to him on eBay .
   

• We only accept the payment via paypal.  Cash ,cheque and COD payments are NOT accepted.
  
  

• Our shipping rates include the postage , the cost of package and handling fee.

• We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to the wrong address.

• a. For United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland. About 5-12 business days.

• b. For Germany, Netherlands, France, Belguim. About 6-13 business days.

• Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange .

• Items should be returned with original packages.
   
• Defective products must be returned within 30 days from issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products, customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
   
• No refund accepted after 30 days of receipt.
   
• Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
   
• In all cases, buyers pay the shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
